Welcome to Lanka Bags. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our bulk manufacturing services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Lanka Bags specializes in the bulk manufacturing of high-quality branded bags for corporate clients and organizations. Our services include design consultation, sample production, and mass manufacturing.

2. Bulk Order Terms

2.1 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All manufacturing projects are subject to Minimum Order Quantities, which vary depending on the product type and customization requirements. These will be specified in your individual project quotation.

2.2 Manufacturing Timelines

Estimated production timelines are provided at the start of each project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be subject to adjustment based on material availability and production capacity.

2.3 Quality Standards

We maintain rigorous quality control standards. Every stitch, material, and finish is chosen to meet professional standards. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to the nature of materials and manufacturing processes.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Branding

You retain all rights to the logos, trademarks, and brand assets you provide to us for manufacturing. By providing these assets, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3.2 Our Designs

Any design work, patterns, or proprietary manufacturing techniques developed by Lanka Bags remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required to begin production after sample approval. Final payment is due upon completion or as specified in your project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lanka Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Any claims regarding defects must be made within 7 days of receipt.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
